Finding the core of your strength
Lifting boxes, lifting your leg or lifting your spirits … we all do a lot of lifting daily, requiring our strength and our finesse. If you can’t see the connection between those three types of lifting, you’re not alone. The connection is too fundamental to be obvious. It’s at the core of ‘core stability’.
It is how we use pressure — internal and external — as a positive force. This is the secret ‘source’ missing from so many programs for improving strength.
In this workshop you’ll rediscover how small re-organisations in your torso can profoundly transform your ability for lifting, shifting and adapting healthily.

The workshop is also recorded for those who cannot attend ‘live’. NB: Recordings will be available for 3 months post workshop for all to continue reviewing.

Cancel before 12pm 30/10/23 and receive refund of all monies paid, minus non-refundable deposit.
Cancel after this time and receive 50% of total paid minus non-refundable deposit.
