Finding the Gaps and Connecting the Dots

Rediscover the four essential developmental patterns that put a spring in your step, a glide in your joints and a smile on your face.

Each developmental pattern has its unique gifts, affecting all levels of activity — your thoughts, your emotional resilience, your sensory acuity, and of course your speed, power and dexterity.

As an adult, revisiting these patterns helps you refine what you do well, identify gaps and reconnect dots—discovering untapped sources of energy and ease.

This will be a weekend packed with:

• rich movement lessons to refine the four essential developmental patterns at a deep level, bringing a sense of wholeness and ease you may not have felt for years
• fun experimentations to make everything you learn more accessible and alive, so you can put what you learn into action
• roving discussions on the why’s and how’s of these four essential developmental patterns so you can integrate, refine and use them beautifully in your own life for years to come.

The workshop is run LIVE (in Perth, Australia) and simultaneously on ZOOM so you can attend from anywhere in the world. It will also be recorded for those of you who live in vastly different time zones (or who want to review the workshop again later).
